Issaquah real estate broker David Irons has been awarded the 2015 Realtor Achievement Award for his work with Seattle King County Realtors.
Irons, a broker for Coldwell Banker Bain, served in several officer positions for the professional association over the course of the year, according to a press release.
He served as Seattle King County Realtors’ vice president of governmental and public affairs, president of The Realtors Environmental Council, chair of an association committee and as a “key contact” between the Realtors and the state Legislature.
Previously, he has served as a leader in the First Citizen Scholarship Foundation and a director for Washington Realtors.
Irons was one of eight Eastsiders awarded by the Realtors. Five Bellevueites, one Kirklander and one Redmonder were also awarded, with Bellevue broker Michael Orbino receiving Realtor of the Year.
