The sign has been added to the Homewood Suites being constructed on Hyla Avenue Northwest, bringing the extended stay hotel one step closer to completion.

The Homewood Suites Seattle/Issaquah is slated to open July 23.

The 123-suite, eight-story hotel is owned by Rowley Properties, Inc., and is being constructed by GLY.

Finishing touches remain on construction and the hotel is continuing to recruit hospitality employees, General Manager Will Parkinson said.

“We’re really excited as we’re gearing up for our opening,” Parkinson said.

Homewood Suites by Hilton, a Hilton brand since 1999, is Issaquah’s fourth hotel and is located adjacent to the Hilton Garden Inn on Northwest Gilman Boulevard.

Additionally, it joins the city’s Holiday Inn and Motel 6.
