Issaquah High School students from Lisa Sibbett’s freshman World Studies class gave a thumbs up to the new books donated to their library by the Issaquah Schools Foundation.

Guests of the Foundation’s recent Nourish Every Mind Benefit Luncheon contributed over $7,000 to fulfill a wish-list of book requests for every elementary, middle and high school.

“It’s nice to be able to pick titles I know kids will like and that are popular right now,” said IHS librarian Bill Schadt.
