Life Enrichment Options (LEO), a community based non-profit organization, that advocates for and works to support individuals with developmental disabilities, is seeking an executive director who will join the organization in leading and nurturing communities where the care for and value of individuals with special needs moves from the exception to an intrinsic value of the community.

LEO believes that these adults should have every opportunity anyone would have for a loving, family home and full, vibrant life. Until two years ago, LEO was an all-volunteer organization with a committed working board of 10 members, two community outreach advisory committees and dozens of annual volunteers. With an increase in day-to-day operations, the board of directors determined it was necessary to add support staff.

An executive director will enable LEO to increase its ability to inspire and serve.
