Ancora Technologies announced last month that a settlement had been reached in the litigation case between Ancora, Miki Mullor, and Microsoft.
Microsoft was suing Miki Mullor, founder of the Sammamish-based Ancora, claiming he used his former role at Microsoft to gain access to confidential patent litigation data, which he in turn used to sue several computer makers.
In the litigation and in reaching this settlement, all parties denied any and all liability. While the terms of the settlement are confidential, the parties have released each other from all claims of the litigation.
“I am pleased with this resolution and wish my friends at Microsoft’s Windows division nothing but success with Windows 7 launch,” Mullor said in a written statement.
The settlement resolved all claims between these parties.
