The Issaquah Nursing & Rehabilitation Center won the Silver Award for Outstanding Quality Care from the American Health Care Association.
The center was one of two Washington facilities honored at the American Health Care Association/National Center for Assisted Living’s 2016 convention. Since 1997, only 10 skilled nursing facilities have won the Silver Award.
Silver Achievement Award winners have demonstrated a commitment to a rigorous journey of continuous improvement in the quality of care provided to residents.
An extensive assessment of the center’s systematic approaches, performance measures and sustainable organizational and process results was conducted to evaluate key customer requirements and success factors.
“We are proud of our team of dedicated professionals who care for our residents,” administrator Lisa Stubenrauch said.
