Men’s clothing drive needs your help

Starting Sunday, Feb. 3, Issaquah churches will be collecting warm winter clothes for men. The clothes will be distributed by the Union Gospel Mission and the Issaquah Food and Clothing Bank.

 

Starting Sunday, Feb. 3, Issaquah churches will be collecting warm winter clothes for men. The clothes will be distributed by the Union Gospel Mission and the Issaquah Food and Clothing Bank.

The clothing drive will continue for three weeks. All items need to be new or gently used, with no torn or damaged goods. Boot, hats/caps, gloves, pants, sweaters, tube socks and underwear in size 38-40 or larger are needed.

Donations can be left in barrels at the Issaquah Senior Center, 75 NE Creek Way; Issaquah Christian Church, 10328 Issaquah-Hobart Road SE; Foothills Baptist Church, 10120 Issaquah-Hobart Road SE; Mountain Creek Fellowship, 165 Front St. N; Community Church of Issaquah, 205 Mountain Park Blvd. SW and St. Joseph Catholic Church, 220 Mountain Park Blvd.

Those who would like a receipt for tax purposes can leave an address and one will be mailed to them.
