The following information was compiled from City of Issaquah police reports:
Four cars had their windows blown out by an apparent BB Gun in the Talus neighborhood April 23 along Lingering Pine Drive Northwest. It appears the suspects didn’t take anything from the cars, but they caused about $1,900 in damages. There are no suspects at this time. The cars included a 1992 Blazer and a Jeep.
Police received a series of calls about a bear in the Issaquah Salmon Hatchery. By time police arrived, the bear had already left. Police helped search for the bear with a Department of Wildlife officer April 23.
A car prowled hit two cars on the 27000 block of Southeast 79th Street on April 25. He or she smashed windows out of a 2006 Honda and a 2011 Subaru and made off with a purse and a laptop.
Police were responding to a noise complaint at an apartment, when they discovered a bunch of vomit on the back door of the place. There was a loud conversation and music coming from the apartment, which was apparently hosting a party. Police had to knock several times before people opened the door on the 100 block of East Sunset Way on April 26.
A woman called police after a man approached her and asked her to “kick him in the balls” on the corner of Newport and Sunset ways April 26.
A man called police to report everyone in his apartment complex hated him, and that there was a law against being disliked April 26 on the 200 block of Northwest Dogwood Street.
Someone called police after finding a tarp with something in it that smelled April 20. Police said nothing stunk about the tarp on the 2100 block of Northwest Spring Fork Lane.
Police warned some campers under the bridge off of the 600 block of Northwest Gilman Boulevard to move along April 20.
A woman called police after her 7-year-old son was allegedly poked in the eye by a 10-year-old on the school bus April 20.
Four people were cited for camping on the corner of Newport way and Front Street South April 23. Two were 31-years old, and there was a 19-year-old and a 20-year-old.
Two bikes were stolen from an open garage, a $1,150 loss, on the 1500 block of 25th Avenue Northeast on April 24.
Police found a “worthless” red bicycle on the 100 block of Southeast Clark Street and threw it in the dumpster April 23.
Police assisted a city crew with cleaning up a transient camp on the 23600 block of Southeast Evans Street on April 21.
A woman called police after thinking someone was in her basement. Police checked the house, on the 23200 block of Southeast 74th Street, but didn’t find anyone. They suspect the noise was caused by the heavy winds April 24.
A 21-year-old was arrested for domestic violence assault on the 300 block of West Sunset Way on April 24.
A 46-year-old was arrested for domestic violence harassment on the 300 block of Northwest Dogwood Street on April 23.
Someone called to complain that someone was dumping garbage at the intersection of West Lake Sammamish Parkway Southeast and 192nd Avenue on April 26.
