A family-nudist park near Issaquah was the site of a Guinness World Records attempt on Saturday.
According to a story in The Seattle Times this week, more than 180 members of Fraternity Snoqualmie came to try and set the American Association for Nude Recreation world-record skinny-dip event.
Visitors to “clothing-optional” parks across North America, including five in Washington, swam naked in an attempt to establish a record for the largest number of people skinny-dipping at the same time.
The skinny-dipping was part of an annual nude recreation week, which also includes a wine-and-cheese party, a karaoke night and a 5K Bare Buns Fun Run.
