JoAnn Fukui, of Sammamish, died Sept. 29, 2013. She was 55.

She is survived by children, Jami, Alexia, Julia, and Anna; mother, Adeline; and siblings Nancy, David, Mary, and Jan.

A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 5 at at Mary Queen of Peace Catholic Church, 1121 228th Ave. S.E., Sammamish.
