Over 1,300 vaccine appointments are available at Lake Sammamish State Park thanks to the Snoqualmie Tribe Vaccine Partnership.
Appointments are free and can be made at https://snoqualmievaccine.snoqualmietribeweb.us/.
According to Issaquah Mayor Mary Lou Pauly’s newsletter, over 3,500 vaccinations have been provided in the past few weeks due to the Snoqualmie Tribe Vaccine Partnership.
Volunteers have spent more than 900 hours on site as greeters, screeners and timekeepers and more volunteers are needed.
Volunteers can sign-up at: https://snoqualmievaccine.snoqualmietribeweb.us/volunteer/.
Lou Pauly thanked the vaccination site partners – the Snoqualmie Tribe, Eastside Fire & Rescue and the City of Sammamish – for turning this local site into a reality.
As a sovereign nation, the Snoqualmie Tribe is providing the vaccine necessary to provide this service to the community.
