DOMESTIC ASSAULT: At 9:27 p.m., a female resident of the Boulder Creek Apartments in the 4400 block of Issaquah-Pine Lake Road SE reported an argument with her husband had turned physical over her going to work that day. The victim chose to stay at a nearby hotel and did not plan to return to her home. Two days later, a court-ordered civil standby took place at the residence.

COMMERCIAL DRIVER, SUSPENDED LICENSE: At 8:19 a.m., police stopped a commercial vehicle for a safety inspection in the 2700 block of E. Beaver Lake Drive SE. The vehicle had a defective right front tire and marker lights that were not operational. The driver was found to be driving with a suspended license and was arrested.

FRAUD: At 10:17 a.m., a wedding planner reported they were paid with fraudulent checks.
Dec. 13
MAIL THEFT: At 8:45 a.m., police responded to a report of an unknown suspect prying open the locking doors to mailboxes in the 2100 block of E. Beaver Lake Drive.
Dec. 14
HEROIN OVERDOSE: At 4:16 a.m., a subject overdosed on heroin in the 4400 block of 245th Place SE. The subject was transported to the Issaquah Highlands Swedish Hospital.
IDENTITY THEFT: At 2:19 p.m., police received a report of out-of-state identity theft. Two suspects used a local victim’s credit card number over the phone with a retailer in Illinois.
CAR PROWLS: At 4:20 p.m., police responded to a report of multiple car prowls at the Sammamish Landing parking lot, located in the 4600 block of E. Lake Sammamish Parkway NE. Multiple vehicles were broken into.

PACKAGE THIEF CAUGHT: At 4:05 p.m., a suspect was arrested for package theft at the Summerwalk Apartments, located in the 3800 block of Klahanie Drive SE.
Dec. 16
BURGLARY: At 1:12 p.m., a residential break-in was reported in the 3800 block of 260th Ave. SE. The suspect broke glass near the front door to gain entry into the house.
IDENTITY THEFT: At 2:19 p.m., a resident in the 4300 block of 249th Ave. SE reported fraudulent activity and possible theft from their checking account. Their bank account had been accessed and funds were transferred to an unknown third party.
TV STOLEN: At 4:24 p.m., a resident in the 26600 block of SE 9th Way reported a television was missing from a residential move.
Dec. 17
BIKE STOLEN: At 5:52 p.m., an unknown suspect reportedly took an unattended bicycle at the Klahanie QFC, located in the 4500 block of Klahanie Drive SE.
