Police arrest woman in connection to Beaver Lake homicide, still searching for SUV

King County Sheriff’s detectives arrested a 23-year-old Renton woman on Saturday for the homicide that occurred at Beaver Lake Park in Sammamish on Wednesday afternoon.

The detectives believe the woman, who was arrested in a house in Skway, is the driver of an SUV that struck and killed a 22-year-old man at Beaver Lake Park after he had confronted a car prowler.

Detectives are still looking for the vehicle that was used in the homicide, which is believed to be a mid-size, mid-2000s gold Infiniti SUV with five-point chrome wheels. Police obtained video of the suspect vehicle leaving the scene of the homicide by a citizen that caught it on a dash camera.
