Police have filed the first charge stemming from the fatal shooting of two men at Lake Sammamish State Park on July 17.

According to the Seattle PI, David Keowongphet, 29, the cousin of Yang Keovongphet, one of the men killed in the shootout, has been charged with first-degree unlawful firearm possession.
