The Issaquah/Sammamish Reporter is seeking an unpaid intern for fall quarter.

We are a community newspaper publishing every Friday in the vibrant communities of Issaquah and Sammamish. Our paper is delivered to 32,000 homes in the two communities. The Reporter focuses on very local news, features, sports and advertising.

The opportunity offers interns a chance to earn college credit, build a portfolio of great, current clips and experience working on a newsroom team.

We can only accept applicants with some prior experience in journalism — preferably at a college paper — and those who will be completing an internship for college credit. The successful candidate will be eager to work on any assignment and strive to help us tell quality stories that matter to our readers.
