The city of Sammamish is seeking to nominate a Sammamish high school student for a scholarship through the Association of Washington Cities Center for Quality Communities. The student must be attending a college or trade school in fall 2015.

The nominated student will go on to compete for a scholarship awarded by AWC in spring 2015.

Applications are due by Friday, Jan. 30.

All applications will be reviewed by a selection committee consisting of city staff and person selected will be notified by mail no later than March 1 of the committee’s final recommendation.
