Though it barely seems like a few months since the triumphant 2009 Issaquah Salmon Days Festival, the 2010 festival, Oct. 2 and 3, is only a few weeks away.
As always, the success of the event depends upon the team of volunteers who put the show together, and help the thousands of visitors to the city find their way around.
The Salmon Days Festival organizing committee will hold the “Ohfishal” Volunteer Sign Up Party at Pickering Barn, Tuesday, Sept. 14, at 5:30 p.m.
Anyone and everyone who would like to join in and help out with the greatest show in Issaquah is encouraged to attend.
Bring your friends and family for a free dinner catered by Timber Ridge at Talus, and drinks courtesy of Coca-Cola. Sign up for one or more volunteer shifts for Salmon Days and receive a free “Ohfishal” volunteer T-shirt.
Come and “Leaf” through the great opportunities to play in your community.
