As a few snow showers hit the coast, the National Weather Service is calling for snow intermixed with rain in Issaquah Thursday through Saturday.

The snow is expected to start Thursday night, as temperatures dip to 32 degrees, but cold temperatures that could potentially keep the snow on the ground won’t start until Friday night, with a low of 27 degrees.

Wednesday night: Showers likely and possibly a thunderstorm. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 32. South southwest wind between 10 and 14 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60%.

Thursday: Rain showers likely before 10am, then rain and snow showers likely. Snow level 300 feet. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 45. South southwest wind between 8 and 11 mph. Chance of precipitation is 70%. Little or no snow accumulation expected.

Thursday Night: Rain and snow showers likely, becoming all rain after 4am. Snow level 400 feet. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 32. South wind around 9 mph. Chance of precipitation is 70%. Little or no snow accumulation expected.

Friday: A chance of rain showers before 10am, then a chance of rain and snow showers. Snow level 400 feet. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 40. Southeast wind around 6 mph. Chance of precipitation is 30%. New snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible.

Friday Night: A 30 percent chance of snow showers before 10pm. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 27. New snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible.

Saturday: A 30 percent chance of showers after 4pm. Mostly sunny, with a high near 43.

Saturday Night: A chance of rain and snow showers. Snow level 900 feet lowering to 200 feet. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 33.
