Redmond Rousers Rotary Club members Bob Damon, Kelly Kyle, Russ Newman, Paul Prochaska, Karthik Vasudevan, and Santa, at the Rotary Club’s annual signature event at the Lake Washington Resource Center in Redmond.

On Saturday, Dec. 5, the club hosted 30 children between the ages of 5 and 12 from two local elementary schools.

Members of the Rousers welcomed the children and their parents for breakfast, followed by a personal photo with Santa Claus, and a movie.

There was more good news for the young students, who all received a winter coats and hat. (Good timing, Rotarians! – Ed.) Each child also received a $100 gift certificate for Fred Meyer.
