The luncheon will support Village Theatre’s youth education scholarships and free arts education programs. The event helps the theater fund its youth education programs, KIDSTAGE and Pied Piper, which serve more than 54,000 young people, family members and school children each year. It also helps fund scholarships for Village Theatre Youth Education programs to those who qualify. More than 15 percent of participants receive scholarship tuitions and free tickets.

Village Theatre is also able to use money from fundraisers like this one to offer free in-school workshops that complement Washington state’s Essential Academic Learning Requirements.
