Encompass will offer a workshop for parents that explores the effect of screen time on young developing brains. The free class will be taught by Kerry Beymer, manager of the Parenting Education Program at Encompass. Beymer has taught families for 15 years and is a certified Parenting Counts educator.

The class will be held from 5:30-7 p.m. Thursday, April 3 at Virginia Mason Medical Center Issaquah, 100 N.E. Gilman Blvd. Space is limited and registration can be made at encompassnw.org. More information is available at 425-888-2777.
