Residents who want to learn how to preserve family photos and heirlooms can get details Saturday when the Issaquah History Museums presents Preserving Your Past.
The workshop will discuss preservation and how they apply to a person’s personal artifacts. There also will be hands-on demonstrations and the opportunity to brainstorm solutions to preservation challenges. Attendees will also receive a copy of “Preserving Family Heirlooms and Photographs.”
The workshop will be presented by collections manager Julie Hunter and museum director Erica Maniez.
The program begins at 11 a.m. at the Issaquah Depot Museum, 50 Rainier Boulevard N, and will last until approximately 12:30 p.m. This program is free and open to the public.
