Duane (DJ) Kenneth Johnson, born September 20, 1941, passed away at home Tuesday, January 21, from complications with Parkinson’s and Congenital Heart Disease.
DJ was born in Issaquah, WA, and graduated Issaquah High School class of 1959. He studied Mechanical Engineering at CSULA. Duane and his wife have resided in the Yucaipa/Calimesa community of Southern California since 1985. In 1991 DJ founded Contract Labelling Service, Inc. in Ontario, CA.
He is survived by his mother Wanda Brooks, wife Carolyn Johnson, sisters Joann Spires, Connie White and Debbie Brooks, children, Angela Sager (Tom), Trevor Metcalf (Kelly), Jaime Townzen (Patrick), son-in-law Randy Schwarz, eleven grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
