Jim Hentges passed away April 2, 2017 surrounded by friends and family after a courageous 5 year battle with melanoma.

Jim was a native of Arlington Texas and later moved to Seattle where he met his wife of 23 years, Donna. Jim and his family later moved to Houston Texas, Holmdel New Jersey and in 2010 Jim moved his wife and two daughters, Laura and Robin, back to the Pacific Northwest to take a job at Rainier Investments and later Angel Oak Capital.

Jim attended Texas Tech and The University of Texas at Arlington. He was a proud member of the Phi Delta Theta Fraternity.

He is survived by his wife Donna, daughters Laura and Robin, mother Lois Youngman, sister Kerri Kingsbery (Bob), nephew Michael Kingsbery (Laura) and niece Amber Anderson (Kyle). He is also survived by his grandnieces and nephews who will no doubt miss his love of crawling on the floor and playing; Faith, Jacob, Lexie, Derek and Conner.

His humor and love will be greatly missed.
