Stuart Holmes Miller was reunited in Heaven with his pal Stella on August 13, 2017. Stuart was adventurous and loved camping, backpack travel, the Mariners and most of all, his family and friends.

Stuart played Lacrosse with Issaquah High School and Western Washington University where he graduated with a degree in Journalism. Stuart recently worked for the Issaquah Press and Snoqualmie Valley Star reporting on community issues and the lives of Eastside residents. He enjoyed writing articles that infused his enthusiasm, yet gentle outlook.

Stuart took advantage of every minute of every day and made sure everyone felt loved and appreciated. He was an amazing brother and son and is so missed.

Stuart is survived by his mother Laurie Bingham Miller, his father Scott Gatewood Miller, his twin brother Jamey and sister Madeline. He will be missed by all who knew him.

His funeral service will begin 10am on Friday August 25, 2017 at St. Thomas Episcopal Church, 8398 NE 12th St. Medina, WA 98039. A reception will follow at the church. His committal service will begin 2:30pm at Cromwell Cemetery, 2500 62nd Ave NW, Gig Harbor, WA 98335.
