Issaquah Eagles senior Sami Corman earned first place in the 1600 at the Class 4A state meet on May 24 at Mount Tahoma High School in Tacoma. Corman, who finished with a time of 4:50.76, finished .80 ahead of second place finisher Katie Thronson.
