Kevin Penner, a senior at the University of Nevada- Las Vegas and graduate of Eastlake High School, recently won the 2012 Sun Bowl Western Refining All America golf tournament in El Paso, Tex. after shooting a 14 under par 199 over three days.

Penner took the title by one stroke to top a field comprised of 23 collegiate All Americans.
