Skyline fighting for position
Just more than halfway through the conference slate, Skyline finds itself in the fourth and final spot for a KingCo Tournament berth.
The road will not be easy, with three games left against Newport and Issaquah, which are a combined 12-3 against KingCo foes on the year.
Inglemoor beat Skyline 56-44 Wednesday. The Spartans face Newport tonight at 6:30 in Bellevue.
Eagles in title hunt
Issaquah handed Newport its first conference loss of the year, 53-43 last Friday, to pull within a half game of the Crown Division lead.
The Eagles beat Redmond 60-46 Wednesday and take on Ballard at home tonight.
EC in position
Eastside Catholic faces Blanchet tonight at 6:15 in Seattle.
Despite its losses, the Crusaders are in position to earn a postseason spot and look to become one of the eight teams from the Metro League to reach the Sea-King District tournament.
