Junior Sabrina Norton led Issaquah, scoring a team high 21 points and grabbing nine rebounds. Senior guard Blaire Brady added 11 points.

Eastlake was led by the 21 points of Kendra Morrison.

The Eagles improved to 5-0 in league and 7-3 overall. The Wolves lost their second game in a row, dropping to 4-2 in league and 9-2 overall.

Eastside Catholic collapses in second half

Eastside Catholic matched Lakeside point for point in the first half of Saturday’s league game, but a second half collapse did the Crusaders in.

After trailing by just one at halftime, Eastside Catholic went scoreless in the third quarter, eventually falling 52-32.

Down just 24-23 at the half, the Crusaders were outscored 10-0 in the third quarter and 18-9 in the fourth.

Michaela O’Rourke scored half of Eastside’s points, tallying 16. Ten Lakeside players scored, led by Danielle Estell’s nine points.

The Crusaders fell to 3-6 in league and 3-9 overall.

Lakeside outlasts Eastside Catholic

Three Eastside Catholic players scored in double figures Saturday, but it wasn’t enough as the Crusaders fell 65-53 to Lakeside.

The Lions outscored Eastside in every quarter, taking a 31-24 to the locker room at halftime.

Adam Harrell paced Lakeside with a game-high 26 points.

Joey Schreiber led the Crusaders with 12 points. Hunter Clements and Matt Callans scored 11 apiece.

Eastside dropped to 2-7 in league and 3-9 overall with the loss.
