Skyline 8 Issaquah 1

The Spartans scored the first six runs of the game to take control in the 8-1 win over Issaquah.

Four errors did little to help the Eagles’ cause.

Jason Santiago had three hits and knocked in a pair of runs for Skyline, and Ian Smith finished with two RBI and two base hits for the game.

Corbin Powers worked six innings on the mound and struck out five for the Spartans to get the win.
