Issaquah bats erupt
Issaquah broke a four-game losing skid Tuesday afternoon, beating Woodinville 11-3 at IHS. The Eagles had six batters with two hits. Marcus Gaan, Brennan Miller, Mike Paulson, Miles Perkins, Spencer Rogers and Gavin Shumaker all had multiple hits. Gaan led the group with three RBI. The other five batters each had an RBI. Rogers pitched a complete game for the victory, striking out five. Issaquah moved to 5-6 in league and 6-7 overall.
Spartans tied for first place
Skyline defeated Inglemoor 6-2 on Tuesday, moving its record to 9-2 in league and 12-3 overall. The victory placed them in a tie with Redmond (9-2, 12-3) for the top spot in the KingCo Crest division. Adrian Sampson earned the win on the mound, improving to 6-0 on the season. The junior struck out nine batters, and allowed four hits and two earned runs in a complete seven innings. Skyline scored four of its runs in the first inning. Jacob Shannon was 1-for-3 at the plate with three RBI. Ryan Gilchrist was 2-for-3 with two RBI.
Eastlake edges Bothell
Eastlake kept postseason hopes alive Tuesday afternoon beating Bothell 3-2 at EHS. The Wolves took a 2-0 lead in the first, but the Cougars tied the contest in the third. Eastlake scored the go-ahead run in the fifth, helping pitcher Brennan Menninger to a victory. Nicholas Smith had two hits for the Wolves, while Jeff Grotjahn and Kelly Rockey each added doubles. The Wolves moved to 4-7 in league and 7-7 overall with the win.
Crusaders crush Franklin
Eastside Catholic kept its league record flawless Monday beating Franklin 14-2 in five innings. David Skiba, Cameron Patrick and Garrett DeGallier all had two RBI for the Crusaders. Sam Lindquist earned the victory, improving to 3-0. Eastside Catholic moved to 7-0 in league and 9-1 overall.

Spartans claim home match
Skyline defeated Garfield 261 strokes to 321 Tuesday afternoon at the Plateau Club. Medalsit Ashley Young shot a 47. Emily Baldwin shot a 50, Chelsea Guenette shot a 51 Annemarie Willey shot a 56 and Katie Johnson shot a 57.

Eastlake falls to Bothell
Eastlake lost 3-0 to Bothell on Tuesday night, moving the Wolves to 3-2-2 in league and 3-4-3 overall. Bothell scored two first-half goals and another late in the second to seal the win. Eastlake is still atop the Crest division with 11 team points.
Issaquah gets cornered
Issaquah fell 3-0 to Woodinville Tuesday night, allowing three corner kick goals. The Falcons received two goals from Joe Bellefeuille, one in the first half and another in the second. Issaquah dropped to 3-3-1 in league and 8-3-1 overall. The Eagles are tied with Garfield and Redmond for second in the Crest division with 10 team points.
Skyline edged by Redmond
Skyline fell 3-2 to Redmond Tuesday night. The Spartans earned an own goal from the Mustangs along with a Braxton Griffin score in the 75th minute. Skyline fell to 2-4-1 in league and 3-6-2 with the loss.
