Playoff action is in full-swing this weekend for several area teams with several state tournament spots on the line. Listed below are times and locations for baseball and soccer games taking place this weekend.

Playoff action is in full-swing this weekend for several area teams with several state tournament spots on the line. Listed below are times and locations for baseball and soccer games taking place this weekend.

BASEBALL

Eastside Catholic vs. West Seattle (loser-out) at 4 p.m., today at Southwest Complex. Winner plays at 11 a.m., Saturday against Bainbridge-Franklin winner for Metro’s third seed to state tournament.

Issaquah vs. Kelso, at noon, Saturday at Kelso. Winner grabs the District 2/4 No. 2 seed in the state tournament. The loser is eliminated.

SOCCER

Issaquah vs. Evergreen, at noon, at Vancouver’s McKenzie Stadium. The winner advances to the state tournament as the District 4 No. 1 seed. The loser is eliminated.

FASTPITCH

Issaquah vs. Redmond at 4:30 p.m., today at Juanita High School. The winner clinches the KingCo Crest Division title and a state seed. The loser enters the KingCo 4A tournament next week as a No. 2 seed.
