Eastside Catholic Crusaders baseball player Taylor Wright was selected to play for the 2015 Seattle Mariners pro-scout team in early September. Wright, who will be a senior outfielder with the Crusaders this spring, will play on a team that will compete against community college teams from Oct. 8 through Oct. 11 at the Arizona Senior Fall Classic in Peoria, Arizona. The tournament is one of the top showcases in the United States and is attended by many professional scouts and collegiate coaches from across the nation.
